Make-up that makes you look 10 years older
10 Beauty Mistakes That Add 10 Years
Top makeup artists on what not to do if you want younger-looking skin—and the tricks that really work

1. Base that's too light
Foundation that's paler than your natural skin tone exaggerates fine lines. "Even if you have ivory skin, you need to go a little bit warmer as you get older," says Linter. Switch to a hue that's one or two shades darker and has luminescent particles, such as Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk: "A light-reflective formula makes the skin look like it's glowing," says Davis.

2. Thick foundation
"Heavy makeup is a one-way ticket to looking older than you actually are," says makeup artist Chrisanne Davis. Choose a sheer foundation or tinted moisturizer (such as Laura Mercier Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20), and after you apply it, press a damp makeup sponge into areas where you have wrinkles to soak up any excess. While the less-is-more maxim may seem counterintuitive, "the more skin you can see, the better," says makeup artist Sandy Linter. "As long as it is well-hydrated, fresh skin looks much more youthful than an obviously covered complexion."

3. Blush on the apples of the cheeks
It draws attention to sagging skin. Instead, apply color on the highest point on your cheekbones, not too close to the nose, and lift it upward with a brush that's large enough to cover the whole cheekbone. Skip the drama queen shades, too: "Colors like wine and cinnamon will only make you look gaunt if you're thin and clownish if you're not," says Linter. "A neutral rose color flatters all skin tones and really brightens things up." (We like Nars Blush in Mata Hari.)
4. Face powder on top of lines
Powder is fine for reducing shine on the nose and the chin, but on other parts of the face it exaggerates wrinkles and can make skin look too dry, says Linter. The only time Linter dusts powder on clients over 40 is when she knows they're being professionally photographed (a loose translucent formula does help cut glare), but even then, one unbreakable rule still applies: Avoid the eye area completely.

5. Major lipstick
Bright colors, dark shades, and anything metallic or iridescent are too heavy for thinning lips. Instead, choose a neutral rose shade. And consider switching from a lipstick to a sheer gloss — it will give you more fullness.
6. Lipstick that migrates
Your natural lip line can begin to fade as you age, which makes lipstick more prone to bleeding and feathering. "Tracing it with one of the new clear lip liners can help the color stay put," Davis says. (Mally Beauty Lip Fence does the trick.)

7. Eyeliner on the lower lashes
All that does is make your eyes look smaller and draw attention to dark circles. Stick to the upper lids-and make the line thicker toward the outer corners, where eyes have a tendency to droop as we age. (Try Elizabeth Arden Smoky Eyes Powder Pencil.)
8. Mascara on the lower lashes
It highlights crow's-feet. And dark circles. And it just generally looks bad. Coat your top lashes with the blackest black mascara you can find-"it will make the whites of your eyes look clearer and whiter," Linter says. It's also best to avoid superthick formulas that don't separate easily. Lashes get dryer as we age, making mascara more likely to clump and fall onto your face. (Try Cover Girl LashExact Mascara or Lancôme High Définicils High Definition Mascara.) And don't forget your curler. "Curling your lashes is the easiest thing you can do to make your eyes look bigger-and therefore younger," says Davis. (We love the Shu Uemura Eyelash Curler.)

9. Sparkly shadow on the outer corners
A little shimmer is flattering and keeps eye makeup from looking too stark, but at the outer corners, it magnifies every fine line. Restrict sparkle and shimmer to the inner corners, the centers of the lids, and just on the brow bones.
10. Heavy concealer on dark circles
The skin under the eyes gets thinner as we age, making thick cover-up look like concrete. Keep it light (we like Lancôme Effacernes Waterproof Protective Undereye Concealer), and apply it with a brush. "The brush distributes the color more evenly," says Linter. And put it only on dark areas, not under the entire eye.

It rained!
And looked up at the rain,
And it dripped in my head
And flowed into my brain,
And all that I hear
as I lie in my bedIs the slishity-slosh of the rain in my head.
I step very softly,
I walk very slow,
I can't do a handstand--
I might overflow,
So pardon the wild crazy thing I just said--
I'm just not the same since there's rain in my head.

Flowers wither too soon

Oh! To be a flower Nodding in the sun,
Bending, then upspringing
As the breezes run;
Holding up A scentbrimmed cup,
Full of summer's fragrance to the summer sun.
Oh! To be a butterfly
Still, upon a flower,
Winking with its painted wings,
Happy in the hour.
Blossoms hold Mines of gold Deep within the farthest heart of each chaliced flower.
Oh! To be a cloud Blowing through the blue,
Shadowing the mountains,
Rushing loudly through Valleys deep
Where torrents keep Always their plunging thunder and their misty arch of blue.
Oh! To be a wave Splintering on the sand,
Drawing back,
but leaving Lingeringly the land.
Rainbow light Flashes bright Telling tales of coral caves half hid in yellow sand.
Soon they die, the flowers;
Insects live a day;
Clouds dissolve in showers;
Only waves at play Last forever.
Shall endeavor
Make a sea of purpose mightier than we dream today?.

And the Best Actress goes to...
Charmine Narvios! When everyone heard this, everyone stood up and clapped their hands to the very first Best Actress in ACT during our highschool years. Unfortunately, I was just the Best Supporting Actress. I would humbly say that I am just nothing compared to Charmine when we speak of acting. She has all the talents in performing arts. Honestly speaking, I was not expecting for any awards for my self. I was not that confident enough that I would win the title because I know for my self that acting is the least talent I could boast. Hahahaha. Well, credits to my bestfriend Charmine because if it wasn't because of her, I would not be convinced to audition in the Drama Club and soon produced ACT's first FILM MAKING when we were in fourth year. The film was entitled "Emily's Help". It was a horror movie. We shot it from one of the cast's place. It was directed by our teacher in Biology class and filmed by our classmate. The process was not easy. We had to be pulled out from our classes and it was an advantage in our part because we did not have to sit down in our boring class especially the Physics class. Hahahaha...It was also an oppurtunity for me to ditch away from our house on Saturdays and even Sundays for a scheduled shooting. It was an incredible experience for us. We only did not have the chance to feel like Hollywood stars but we also gained POPULARITY,HONOR and NAME. You know, everytime you pass by in the corridors, the younger students would wave and say HI to you and you will just be shocked when almost half of them know your name. Popularity didn't matter to me though. I was just after of the memory that will be instilled in their minds when ever they come to reminisce the first films our school has produced ever. We had produced five different films of different taste, style and category. After the amazing products of sweat, hardworks and determination to develop the skills of the students in this rare activity, the faculty, staff and ISD administration were overwhelmed by our performances after it was shown or let's just say after the PREMIERE NIGHT hahahaha. They were not satisfied, they requested to produce another film and this time most of the main casts were from different films who bagged awards. Ofcourse, I was included in that film entitled "Reyna ng Sablay". It was harder for me at this time because it was a COMEDY film and the language used was TAGALOG. I really had hard time portraying the role and delivering my lines. But thankful enough that I was able to overcome it by the help of my bestfriend Charmine and the practices we had before we film every scene. This once in a lifetime experience is really a treasure bound to be brought until I grow old.

Did you know?
Did you know that when I was:
1 y/o: My mom said I had eaten my own feces when she left me in my cradle.Haha!Ewwwww
2 y/o: I had a Barbie collection and they’re all kept in a glass cabinet.
3 y/o: My dad’s friend accidentally hit his cigarette stick on my right knee and that it left a scar.
4 y/o: I and my brother were admitted at CDUH because of food poisoning.
5 y/o: I joined a parade and for the very first time I was the muse.
6 y/o: When I was enrolled in kindergarten, I had these classmates namely Carlos Marty, Collin, Miguel and Elsie who happened to be my classmates again in highschool. It’s really good to have these people around me.
7 y/o: I started to have crushes! Yeah..I could still remember that boy’s name. He was Karl. I don’t know if he still exists right now. I also had lots of achievements at this age. I was granted a scholarship for winning an interschool quiz bowl competition.
8 y/o: I was transferred to another school. And I had this boy classmate who kept bullying me. He once boxed me and kept teasing me. I really bet he liked me hahaha he just can’t admit it because he knew then I was not going to like him in return.
9 y/o: This year was so unforgettable to me. First, this was when I had severe stomach ache that I wasn’t able to help it and I defecated at school. It was so embarrassing at the same time relieving. Hahaha…Second, I saw my crush’s THE-NOT-TO-BE-MENTIONED thing! Oh yeah..I was turned off cause he didn’t wear an underwear.Nyahahaha
10 y/o: I practiced wearing bra!Hahaha. I started to have my breasts developed at a very young age.
11 y/o: I had my first menses. This was the age also when I had my first boyfriend.Hahahahahaha…You might say I was very young though, but honestly speaking, I was very matured when I was in grade five. And you would be shocked if I say that he was 2 years older than me. Yeah right. And before we ended as lovers, we had a very romantic story. Hahaha…His friend was actually the first one to like me. And we just knew each other through his friend who happened to court me at that time. Puppy love indeed.
12 y/o: I was the center of controversy in our school. Aside from the spreading rumors/fact that a grade 6 student and a 2nd year HS were lovers, a 3rd year HS also courted me and did all his best to win my heart. Hahahaha. He was like a fool. That’s all I could say.
13 y/o: Highschool Oh Highschool. I was a newbie in ACT. I met new faces. And these new faces became my true friends. I could still remember when we were suspended because of stepping in to class under the influence of alcohol. We were at the stage of curiosity and we wanted to try everything.
14 y/o: I had a secret cellphone. It was given by Arvin. It was a secret because my parents did not know about it. We used to talk late at night. It was at this time when SUN unli call was expensive.
15 y/o: I won Miss Intramurals.
16 y/o: I was crowned 1st runner-up during the Miss Talisay City Sports Olympic Division Meet. It was an interschool competition.
17 y/o: College! I took Nursing as my course. Actually this was not really my first choice. I wanted to study Pol Sci and pursue Law after graduating. But my family and my titas and cousins most of them are in the medical field. They said it would be much easy for me to have a job outside Phil. If take nursing so yeah yeah I ended a bandwagon.
18 y/o: Chickenpox, Acute Bronchitis, and Blurred visionwhat are those???I had all of these when I started to have stressful and sleepless nights of studying. Well, Im a good student what else can I do?Hahahaha…I had chickenpox last December and it totally freaked the hell out of me. I got it from my fucking brother who happened to bring the virus in our house from his classmate. Acute Bronchitis, I got this infection from riding jeepney whenever my dad can’t drive me to school I guess. I’m allergic to dusts. Blurred vision is okay because it’s one sign of aging I must say. Hahaha.

Love Over Lust
Today we live in a society of instant gratification. In some instances it is really not so bad. However, if we understood our surroundings a little better we might take a little more time and be more patient so we could really enjoy the final product.
For example, we don't go to college for the instant satisfaction of passing a single class or getting an A on our most recent test. We want our degrees to live out the dreams we have had since we were kids. Or maybe we just want the high salary so we can "live large."
This kind of patience should be thought about in more aspects of our lives, particularly, our relationships.
In college it's almost expected of us to go to parties to meet people. Many students spend short times with each other and ultimately have sex together. There are tons of people who meet under these circumstances. More often than not, the sex is terrible and you're never going to see that person ever again.
The fact of the matter is people who have healthy long-term relationships have the best sex, hands down. There is no question that people who work hard on their relationships and take the time to communicate and understand each other have much more to offer each other in and out of bed.
There are a lot of things involved in relationships that people in college are just not willing to do. The odd thing about college students is that a good chunk of us view being in a relationship as settling down, which is a big thing most young adults want to steer clear of.
Communication becomes a big issue in young relationships because some of us are not quite sure how to express our feelings. On the other hand, some of us just refuse to open up, especially when the relationship is viewed as temporary. Finally, there seems to be a strong tendency to just run when things get tough.
Being in a relationship does not necessarily mean that any individual is settling down. In fact, those in relationships tend to spice things up even more. This happens when the couple has a strong sense of mutual trust, understanding, and feelings of wanting to please each other.
Naturally there is no such thing as a conflict-free relationship. It is just unrealistic. As anyone who has been in a long relationship for a few years will tell you, overcoming a fight or conflict together only makes your bond stronger.
I suppose for those who are interested, getting closer with your partner will make the sex that you two share a whole lot better. Especially when you get to know your partner's likes and dislikes.
As a couple gets closer, they also share and fulfill different sorts of kinks that their partners have, possibly making all of your wildest dreams come true.

This is me, this is Kerhzy.
I am Kerhzy. I used to believe that life would be bright and happy enough if you have everything that you wanted but I came to realization that this life I have right now is enough reason for me to be happy and be contented with what I have out from what I do.

You think you know me?
- Kris Vincent Branzuela
 - It was on the 1st day of September on the year 1990 when Mrs. Creste Sofia Branzuela Lastimosa delivered me through a normal vaginal delivery. I am their only daughter and the eldest of the three young gentlemen. I am raised in a family where strict military rules are highly respected and obeyed. Every single detail of me is reflected and can be seen by everybody's naked eyes. I am the author of my life. I am the sailor of my ship. I lead my life to my so-called PARADISE. Im no ordinary. I believe that God created all mankind in His own image and likeness therefore nobody is like anybody.
