And the Best Actress goes to...

Charmine Narvios! When everyone heard this, everyone stood up and clapped their hands to the very first Best Actress in ACT during our highschool years. Unfortunately, I was just the Best Supporting Actress. I would humbly say that I am just nothing compared to Charmine when we speak of acting. She has all the talents in performing arts. Honestly speaking, I was not expecting for any awards for my self. I was not that confident enough that I would win the title because I know for my self that acting is the least talent I could boast. Hahahaha. Well, credits to my bestfriend Charmine because if it wasn't because of her, I would not be convinced to audition in the Drama Club and soon produced ACT's first FILM MAKING when we were in fourth year. The film was entitled "Emily's Help". It was a horror movie. We shot it from one of the cast's place. It was directed by our teacher in Biology class and filmed by our classmate. The process was not easy. We had to be pulled out from our classes and it was an advantage in our part because we did not have to sit down in our boring class especially the Physics class. Hahahaha...It was also an oppurtunity for me to ditch away from our house on Saturdays and even Sundays for a scheduled shooting. It was an incredible experience for us. We only did not have the chance to feel like Hollywood stars but we also gained POPULARITY,HONOR and NAME. You know, everytime you pass by in the corridors, the younger students would wave and say HI to you and you will just be shocked when almost half of them know your name. Popularity didn't matter to me though. I was just after of the memory that will be instilled in their minds when ever they come to reminisce the first films our school has produced ever. We had produced five different films of different taste, style and category. After the amazing products of sweat, hardworks and determination to develop the skills of the students in this rare activity, the faculty, staff and ISD administration were overwhelmed by our performances after it was shown or let's just say after the PREMIERE NIGHT hahahaha. They were not satisfied, they requested to produce another film and this time most of the main casts were from different films who bagged awards. Ofcourse, I was included in that film entitled "Reyna ng Sablay". It was harder for me at this time because it was a COMEDY film and the language used was TAGALOG. I really had hard time portraying the role and delivering my lines. But thankful enough that I was able to overcome it by the help of my bestfriend Charmine and the practices we had before we film every scene. This once in a lifetime experience is really a treasure bound to be brought until I grow old.


Sayang lang kaau kay wala pa na uso ang picture2 sauna so wala koy remembrance sa shooting namu hahaha..Dili paman ko vain sauna gud hahaha
